Selected Work · Enterprise Learning Strategist

I design and lead learning systems that turn complex, high-stakes information into clear pathways, usable resources, and measurable performance.

Fifteen years turning dense technical and regulated source material — procedures, specs, SME interviews, slide decks — into training that frontline and technical teams can actually use. Nuclear operations, global aviation, distribution and retail at scale, and international development.

Case Studies

Six cases, problem first

Each case starts with the business or performance problem — not the software. Where original artifacts are confidential, I have rebuilt sanitized versions rather than blurring the originals.

Frontline Technical Training · High-Consequence Operations · 2025–2026
Turning restricted technical procedure into training a frontline team can actually use
An organization-wide emergency response program replacing a vendor-delivered model. Source material was procedure documents, facility drawings and SME interviews; output was four coordinated modalities built for internal update control — self-paced module, team practicum, scenario walkthroughs, and a manager-led briefing toolkit.
Led · Process only
4 modalities · 4 audience tiers · 20-minute session ceiling · Content confidential
Course Operations at Volume · Enterprise Retail + Nuclear · 2019–2026
Making 300+ resources findable again
Two platform modernizations with the same root cause: content nobody owned, nothing ever retired, and enrollment that ran through a person. Content audit, metadata taxonomy, migration, and enrollment logic that runs itself — across Docebo, Workday, SuccessFactors and SharePoint.
Managed and Led
300+ assets audited & migrated · 10,000+ associates · 30+ business units · 4 platforms
Frontline Operational Training · Distribution · 2022
The most effective thing I built here was a poster
Warehouse associates were building pallets that failed in transit. It was framed as a training gap. Observation on the floor showed a point-of-performance problem — so the primary intervention became a language-light visual standard at the packing station, not a module.
Designed and Led
Point-of-work job aid · 3 shift patterns · Supervisor huddle reinforcement
Program Leadership · Enterprise AI Readiness · Nuclear Energy Sector · 2025
When the tool isn’t the problem — it’s the fear of change around the tool
A generative-AI rollout inside one of the most tightly regulated environments in American industry. The answer was not a course; it was an ecosystem — prerequisite gating tied to license provisioning, a champion network, and a creative challenge that made curiosity safe.
Led
100% prerequisite completion in 7 days · 30+ business units · 20+ Copilot Champions
Needs Analysis · Performance Intervention · Certification · 2016–2017
When the problem isn’t the content — it’s the system
A 64% certification pass rate read as a curriculum failure. A three-week needs assessment found the real cause: no pacing support, no diagnostic direction, and feedback that arrived only after candidates had already failed.
Designed and Led
64% → 87% pass rate over nine months · Kirkpatrick Level 4
International Curriculum Design · UNICEF × Ministry of Education, Guyana · 2021–2022
A complete curriculum package, built for teachers who had never taught it
Primary schools reopening after COVID-19 with no unified hygiene curriculum and underprepared teachers. Five deliverables covering both the learner experience and the facilitator enablement needed to deliver it consistently across twelve schools.
Designed and Led
742 students · 12 pilot schools · 3.16/4.0 teacher-rated impact · 6 published PDFs
Global Trade Enablement · Aviation · West Africa · 2019–2020
Meeting learners where they already are
Trade partners with inconsistent desktop access but universal smartphone use. The answer was not a better LMS — it was WhatsApp, with an opt-in broadcast architecture and content built for the ninety seconds between client conversations.
Led and Administered
184 opted-in trade partners · Nigeria & Senegal · East Africa scale model
Artifacts

Selected artifacts

The actual deliverables, not descriptions of them. Sanitized recreations where the original carries employer-confidential content — redrawn, never blurred.

Operating Cadence
Four-Week Course Development Cycle
How I run three to four concurrent course projects against moving technical requirements — what gets decided in which week, how SME review stays to a single pass, and what happens when a spec changes in week three.
Process
4 weeks · 1 SME review pass · 3–4 concurrent projects
Curriculum Architecture
Five-Module AI Readiness Journey
A five-module learning journey preparing teams to maximize an enterprise Microsoft 365 Copilot investment, structured so each module builds toward department-specific application. Ninety-day pilot, no additional license cost.
Designed
5 modules · 90-day pilot · $0 added license cost
Systems Architecture
LMS Governance & Enrollment Logic
Enrollment logic, prerequisite gating, and content lifecycle design for a 30-business-unit enterprise deployment. The layer beneath the catalog: who owns what, when it expires, and how people get enrolled without anyone asking.
Designed
5-stage lifecycle · 5 enrollment rules · 4 platforms
Blended Design
Blended Modality Matrix
How four delivery modes, four audiences, and four cadences resolve into one program — shaped by one immovable constraint: no department could release staff for a half-day.
Designed
4 modalities · 20-minute session ceiling · Structure only
Governance Framework
Content Governance for AI-Assisted Work
What an assistant may read, what it may produce, and who is accountable for the output. This is the artifact that let a compliance team say yes.
Designed
4 classification tiers · 3 accountability roles
Adoption Roadmap
12-Month AI Adoption Calendar
A rollout is an event; adoption is a calendar. Four phases from a gated pilot to embedded practice, built on the assumption that attention collapses six weeks after launch unless something catches it.
Designed
12 months · 4 phases · 20+ certified champions

Learning Program Management & Implementation

End-to-end program lifecycle — needs analysis, design, build, delivery, measurement, and the iteration afterward. Across four sectors: enterprise initiatives spanning 30+ business units, a full program lifecycle for 5,000+ employees, new-hire curricula across eight retail departments reaching 10,000+ associates, and a five-deliverable international curriculum piloted across twelve schools.

LMS Administration, Digital Platforms & Content Operations

Platform ownership as primary administrator and as the strategic owner deciding where it goes next. Vendor liaison, enrollment automation, prerequisite architecture, content governance, and enterprise migration. DoceboWorkday LearningSAP SuccessFactors MindflashSharePointArticulate 360 SCORM

Vendor Management, Stakeholder Partnerships & Collaboration

Most learning programs fail in the gaps between people, not in the design. I work the gaps: aligning SMEs who disagree, keeping vendors accountable to scope, and giving multi-stakeholder projects a single source of truth when review cycles start to fragment them.
